Time Resolved Fluoroscence 

Time resolved Fluoroscense upconversion studies can be performed with femtosecond resolution using upconversion method. The temporal resolution is essentially limited only by the pulse width of the ultrafast laser. It is one of the most widely used techniques for studying the structure and function of macromolecules in biology/ chemistry, especially protein interactions.

Fluoroscence Life Time Microscopy

FLIM is an imaging technique for producing an image based on the differences in the exponential decay rate of the fluorescence from a fluorescent sample. It allows measuring fluorophore lifetimes with microscopic spatial resolution, providing a useful tool for cell biologists to detect, visualize, and investigate structure and function of biological systems..  

Transient Absorbtion Pump Probe Spectroscopy

Time resolved pump probe studies provides information of excited state dynamics in a molecule at ultrafast time scale.  In femtochemistry, ultrafast dynamics of molecules are visualized with snap shots delivered by femtosecond lasers. It   enables direct visualization of transport phenomena such as free carrier diffusion, exciton migration and plasmon propagation in nanostructures.
