ADDERE – 1

The ADDere SYSTEM I is a cutting-edge laser wire additive manufacturing system developed by MWES for high-precision metal 3D printing. It features a 6-axis industrial robot, a 2-axis coordinated motion workpiece positioner, a 4kW laser with an optical head, a wire delivery system, and a closed-loop control system for safety and monitoring. Housed in a Class 1 laser enclosure, this system supports the development of small, intricate metal parts. Capable of working with materials such as high-alloy steel, stainless steel, and Inconel, it also offers an optional argon environment for titanium and Invar.
