    CANUNDA PULSE: Ultrafast Laser Beam Shaping

    CANUNDA-PULSE from Cailabs is a high-peak-power beam-shaping solution designed for ultrashort-pulse laser micro-processing applications such as cutting, drilling, surface functionalization, and thin-film ablation. It delivers high-quality beam shaping with micrometer-scale precision in the machining plane, exceptional depth of field, and diffraction-limited sharpness. Its fully reflective optical design supports high pulse energies (up to 100 µJ) while preserving pulse duration, and the integrated mode-cleaning function ensures stable and uniform beam shaping in the processing plane. CANUNDA-PULSE beam-shaping modules are compatible with industrial setups and can be easily integrated into micromachining machines. They have demonstrated consistent performance over the full field of view of an F-theta lens combined with a galvo scanner. CANUNDA-PULSE modules are available in two wavelength ranges: green (515 nm, 532 nm) and near-infrared (1030 nm, 1064 nm).
