LEM is a flexible laser marking and engraving workstation from LASEA that delivers industrial-grade performance in a compact, fully enclosed design, making it ideal for everything from quick surface marks to deep engravings on metals, plastics, and composites across sectors from manufacturing to medical. It combines a nanosecond fiber laser (20–50 W IR) with a high-speed galvo scan head and a 350 mm mechanical Z-axis, enabling fast, sharp, permanent marks with no mechanical contact or tool wear. Key highlights include clean, sealed operation with integrated fume extraction, low-maintenance no-contact marking, and compatibility with options such as a rotary axis, lateral vision systems, and LASERCAM software, along with LENS control on Windows for intuitive, camera-assisted positioning and easy adaptation from basic operations to advanced positioning workflows.
