    MODULUS: 2kW Dynamic Beam Shaping Laser

    The Modulus™ platform from nLIGHT is a plug-and-play, multi-laser solution designed specifically for multi-laser powder bed fusion machines. It simplifies laser integration, control, and maintenance by providing a single laser subsystem with a single set of I/O interfaces that control the individual outputs of up to 8 laser outputs. Its modular, lightweight architecture with shared component redundancy makes servicing easier—ideal for high-performance additive manufacturing machines.

    • Power Monitoring and Smart Data Analytics: High-accuracy power monitor sensors and on-board computing process data from all modules and provide real-me diagnostics and continuous, closed loop output power calibra ons (optional).
