NANOPRO VT

NanoProVT from UpNano is the first and only dedicated 2PP 3D printing system for industrial production of polymeric microparts, equipped with a 7 W femtosecond laser delivering up to 32 Megavoxels per second at 16‑bit precision. Its 515 nm laser wavelength enhances resolution by shrinking voxel size and broadens the range of transparent materials that can be processed. The NanoPro VT offers a full-area printable volume of 200 × 200 × 50 mm, the largest substrate format currently available in 2PP 3D printing, enabling fabrication on 8″ wafers, high‑volume arrays, and customized or prefabricated devices for true industrial‑scale two‑photon polymerization.
