RECOATER 2 XL™

The RECOATER 2 XL™ is specifically designed for recoating applications that require the restoration of the protective acrylate coating on long lengths of stripped fiber. This advanced system features specialized silicone molds, allowing recoating of fiber sections up to 100 mm in length. These molds are available in various sizes to accommodate a wide range of coating diameters and can be easily exchanged by the operator without the need for system realignment. Additionally, the RECOATER 2 XL™ is equipped with a highly efficient UV LED curing system, enabling rapid processing of both standard high-index and specialized low-index materials, making it suitable for various high-power applications.
