    RTP CRYSTAL

    RTP crystals are widely used in Pockels cells, shutters, Q-switches, attenuators, and modulators. They offer high repetition rates up to 1 MHz, ultra-fast switching (<1 ns), and perform well across a broad temperature range (–50°C to +70°C).                                                                    iRTP, Raicol’s advanced version of RTP is designed specifically for industrial laser applications that require advanced characteristics.                                                      iRTP Pockels Cell requires only 1D alignment to reach optimum extinction ratio, making it ideal for high-performance electro-optic applications.

    Overview

    RTP Crystals (Rubidium Titanyl Phosphate) are widely used in the electro-optics industry for a variety of applications, including Pockels cells, shutters, Q-switches, attenuators, and modulators. Their versatility and reliability have made them a popular choice in mass-market electro-optics.

    The iRTP is an advanced version of RTP, offering enhanced performance. Two standout features of RTP and iRTP are their high repetition rate, capable of reaching up to 1 MHz, and fast switching times, with rise and fall times of less than 1 nanosecond.

    A major advantage of RTP cells is their ability to perform across a wide temperature range, from -50°C to +70°C, making them ideal for use in diverse environments. Additionally, iRTP simplifies the alignment process by requiring only single-dimensional alignment, resulting in faster setup and improved extinction ratios.
