SS-ZXR: Space (AM0) Solar Simulator
The SS-ZXR AM0 is a state-of-the-art solar simulator designed to replicate the sunlight spectrum found in outer space, compliant with the ASTM AM0 standard spectrum (ASTM E927-10). It provides an illuminance intensity of 1366 W/m² with spatial non-uniformity of less than 2%, ensuring high spectral accuracy and stability. Utilizing a xenon short-arc lamp with a color temperature of 6000K, closely resembling natural sunlight (5500K), and advanced plasma deposition technology for the AM0 filter, the simulator is suitable for characterizing solar cells and new technologies for space applications. It also supports efficient IV curve measurements with intelligent scanning and analysis software
