    LEW is a compact laser welding station from LASEA, designed for precision micro-assembly and delivering clean, consistent welds for watertight seams and structural spot welding with no tool wear and minimal maintenance. Its compact design, sealed enclosure, galvo scanning, and automated axis movement make it ideal for cleanroom environments and high-mix assembly areas. LEW simplifies complex welding operations with reliable, repeatable results and minimal operator intervention, making it well suited for industries where strong, sealed welds are critical on small, delicate parts. The system is controlled via LENS software (Windows) and can be expanded with LASEA’s full suite of tools, including LASERCAM and camera-based alignment, ensuring precise weld placement every time.
