LS-LAB SERIES

The LS-Lab is a compact, high-precision laser process development system, available in three versions. It is designed to act like a high-end micromachining machine when combined with LASEA’s beam management modules, allowing users to perform various high-precision laser micro-processing applications. This modular and upgradeable system offers access to processes like cutting, drilling, texturing, marking, engraving, thin-film removal, and 2-photon polymerization. These stations are pre-assembled and aligned to be placed directly on an optical table next to the laser, providing an optimal and flexible environment for developing specific processes.

Overview

The LS-Lab micromachining stations offer a compact, high-end setup for micromachining process development. Combined with LASEA’s beam management modules, they enable precise laser micro-processing. This modular and upgradeable system allows customization to fit specific needs. Designed for various applications including cutting, drilling, texturing, marking, engraving, thin-film removal, and 2-photon polymerization, the stations come pre-assembled and aligned with the selected optical configuration, ready for placement on an optical table next to the laser for optimal process development.
